We exist because we kept seeing the same pattern — and decided to fix it.
The problem
After years of consulting, the same problem kept showing up.
Every professional services firm we worked with had the same story. They knew AI could transform their operations. They'd run experiments. Maybe even hired a consultant or two. But nothing ever made it to production.
The pilots stalled. The consultants left behind a PDF. The internal team moved on to the next thing. And the business was exactly where it started — stuck, frustrated, and falling behind.
Tapee exists to close that gap.
We don't just advise — we build, deploy, and manage. And we don't leave until it's working.
The founder
Meet Ryan
Ryan spent 4.5 years as an engineer, solution architect, and technical product leader inside Engine B — a venture-backed startup that reached a successful exit. He built automation for audit and finance firms: ingesting ERP data, standardising to common data models, and delivering workflow automation to large professional services organisations.
After the exit, a pattern became impossible to ignore. Business after business, the same story: they know they need AI, they've tried and failed, and they can't find anyone who'll actually come in and make it work.
So that's what Tapee does.
